How to keep awake?

Some thoughts about wakelessness poped up to me.
In fact, this is something concerns our health and about our present situation.
I am a translator. So what I did is to translater mass and mass of articles for the others. Many people first met me would always remark in surprise, \"Oh, God, You must earn a lot?\" To tell you the truth. I don't, but the translation company really do. Our hard working made them rich.
As a translator, we had no concept of day and night. Anytime when there is a task, you shall be on the way. Because translation companies also have their own tranlators back in the company, what they give us is just either very hard or in urgent. I had gone through many sleepless night working. Especially as the later halp of night, I found myself no response to any words. But I had to keep on.
I earned a little money, but I lost a lot of hairs. That's true, many person knew me well had always said that my hair is become less and less. But I had been on the way and found myself can't stop. I would be uncomfortable if I don't translatre something for several days. And I began to keep awake at night later and later. My problem is
How to keep awake?
Because to translate at night, we really need to be level-headed.
