It beats me. My friend wrote me a letter with a line like this:
\"... so I can LAUNCH OFF a search exercise....\"
Should that be \"launch out\"? But not \"launch off\"? If there is such
a phrasal verb, what's the meaning and usage or it's just purely a
mistake?
