This is a Strategic Dictionary for Men to keep close at hand. If you have a good knowledge of these WORDS WOMEN USE, you (men) have a better than average chance of actually surviving a negative encounter.1
FINE—This is the word women use to end an argument when they feel they are right and you need to shut up. Never use “fine” to describe how a woman looks—this will cause you to have one of those arguments.
FIVE MINUTES—This is half an hour.
NOTHING—This means “something”, and you should be on your toes2. “Nothing” is usually used to describe the feeling a woman has of wanting to turn you inside out, upside down, and backwards.3 “Nothing” usually signifies an argument that will last “Five Minutes” and end with “Fine”.
GO AHEAD (With Raised Eyebrows!)—This is a dare. One that will result in a woman getting upset over “Nothing” and will end with the word “Fine”.

很好——当女士们自认为在一场争论中是正确的，而且需要你住嘴的时候，她们会用这个词作为结束语。永远都不要用 ne（不错）这个词来形容一位女士的外貌，这么做会使你卷入一场这样的争论之中。
五分钟——这意味着半小时。
没什么——这意味着“有什么”，而且你应该有所警觉。“没什么”通常用于描述一位女士想来来回回折腾你的心情。“没什么”一般表示一场争论要持续“五分钟”，还会以“很好”作为结束。
往下说（同时挑起眉毛！）——这意味着一种挑战。这个词会导致一位女士因为“没什么”而心烦意乱，然后再以“很好”这个词来收尾。
1. survive: 从困境等中挺过来；encounter: 遭遇。
2. be on one’s toes: 随时准备行动，保持警觉。
3. turn sb. inside out: 彻底揭某人的老底；turn upside down: 把完全颠倒；turn backwards: 诋毁。
