Real original writings should be articles written in English or translations with source text from Chinese, in other words, they are purely presentations of English by authors themselves. If they are as what they are now, any one can see the incomptence or non-matching of it as the sub-branch of \"readfree\" the famous brand in the hearts of most readers.
How about this:
administrators, you yourselves, issue your every orders or posts in English;
let those on techniques of recitation or grammar, especially those in Chinese, go where they should go;
make the best use of your points/merits-giving function, encourage the best articles in the wanted orientation?
