英国《圣经》出版事故

1631年版King James Bible ：《出埃及记》20章14节，十戒第七戒应为“Thou shalt not commit adultery” ，却把not排丢了。查理一世下令将售出《圣经》召回并焚毁，但还是有11册存留下来，此版人称“Wicked Bible”。
1653年，《哥林多前书》6章9节，应为“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God”，却印为“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall inherit the kingdom of God”，该版称为“Unrighteous Bible”。
还有一美其名曰“Murderer's Bible”的1801版《圣经》，错误更可谓触目惊心。《犹大书》1章16节应为“These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts”，被错印为“These are murderers...”；《马可福音》7章27节“But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled”，印成了“...Let the children first be killed”。
要说《圣经》登峰造极的印刷错误，就不能不提1702年版的King James Bible，主要是错得有职业特点。《诗篇》第119篇161节，应为“Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.”，结果错印为“Printers have persecuted me...”，这下好，印刷工因为犯错而上了《圣经》。这就是赫赫有名的“Printer's Bible”。

除了莎士比亚，我最喜欢圣经。（之前看到老莎头就大，看多了觉得确实不凡）
原来圣经还有这事情，从来没有看到过。我大约看过20本关于圣经的专著，都是一些介绍正面的东西。
