在竞争如此激烈的社会里，每个家长都希望自己的孩子更聪明。为了使自己的宝宝一出生就比别人有优势，胎教成了许多准妈妈们的重点研究对象。除了我们熟悉的给胎儿听音乐、跟它说话，现在还有抚摸胎教、艺术胎教、光照胎教等多种方法。

这里的“fetal education”指的就是胎教。“Fetal”是“胎儿的”意思，“胎儿”在英语中叫“fetus”.
