【Abstract】 Objective To establish capillary zone electrophoresis method for the determination and separation of lidocaine.Methods Determination and separation of lidocaine by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and electrophoresis conditions were as following:buffer was 30mmol/L NaH2PO4-H3PO4 solution (pH=5.0),the working voltage at 30kV,temperature at 20℃,UV detection at 200nm,sampling injected 5 seconds with voltage at 8kV.Results The established method had a good linearity and precision within the concentration range of 0.1~12.5μg/ml(R2=0.9998). The range of recovery was 96.8%~105.8%,and relative standard deviations of inter-day and intra-day were less than 6%. The detection limit was 10ng/ml.Conclusion This assay was simple,rapid and sensitive. It is a new and ideal analytical means for the determination of lidocaine.
