谈谈如果我们成为领导，我们该怎么做？

I spent at least 20 minutes in foreign language block to find new for me every day, though my ability to deal with English is still at a low level. I find most of the activities the block organized are about our study, such as GRE, TOFEL, for the reason students is the largest part of our members. But I’m a staff of a large company. In my daily work, it is essential for our leaders to own the art of leadership. We can get some acknowledge about management from TV, books and other channels. In fact it is difficult to use these methods properly. Can we give topic on that if we become leaders, what will we do to make our staff just like one person?

每个人都有自己的个性，喜好，特长以及欲望，领导们如何来权衡其实是件很难的事。我认为如果一个领导能够使80%下属满意的话已经很好了，你们认为呢？尽管这里大部分是学生，我们终究都会走向工作岗位的，绝大多数的人也会成为领导，或多或少地领导别人干活？你将会采取怎样的方式呢？
