It is every festivals or holidays now, no matter revel all through the night, remedy sleep " fall into debt " , people think only fill while sleeping on generally, can resume physical power , in fact this is a mistaken idea. Though the person not having enough sleep at ordinary times increases sleep time on holidays, have positive meanings, but the human body needs " positive rest " and improves sleep quality even more, there are only rational and high-quality rests, could resume physical power rapidly , if it is improper to have a rest, harmful to body instead.

The main idea of positive rest is to impel the physical power of the fatigue position to resume with another kind of activity. For example, as the runner when two legs are tired , can alleviate the tired sense of shank with chin , push-up ,etc. . Should recommend the positive rest too among ordinary masses. Because appropriate rest, can not only help to dispel the fatigue but also can relax the nerve , improve work and learning efficiency.

Arrange daily schedule rationally , owe " sleep on the debt ". If can accomplish , does not have sleep-disorder somnipathy basically. In festivals or holidays , try to sleep at 9 o'clock in the evening , get up at 6 o'clock in the morning, because the best sleep time of human body is from 10 o'clock pm to 4 o'clock in the morning next day. If there can be ideal sleep quality, can all be energetic in whole day. Resuming the physical method as soon as possible has afternoon naps from 30 minutes to an hour. Engaged in some recreation or visite in the daytime , it is apter to fall asleep in the evening. However, don't pursue the excessive sleep , otherwise the lowest level that various kinds of physiological supersession activities will, make various kinds of of people affected by the function fail and the skeleton skin drop intensely , upset the sleep law , cause the vicious circle, unfavorable and healthy.

Besides festivals or holidays, the non- normal life style that must sleep furiously after avoiding exerting the utmost strength to work too at ordinary times . It is tired and excited to be avoid before sleeping on , does not participate in playing card or rubing the activities , such as mahjong ,etc. with the hands . Can drink a small amount of claret before sleeping , drink consumption with drunk to exceed. Must not drink the strong drink . Write sincerely, it is harmful to health to take the drunk sleep.

Study as almightiness or study as specialism?

How to study as student? To be a student, there are many new things to be learned. But how to arrange your time to do so many work?

I think one should be care more about the most important, that is, be specialism. Some others, which are of less importance, should be giving less time to make the major time used for major work.  It is easy to say about that than to do. Just as myself, I often spent many time collecting many material (e.g. paper, book, etc.) with little time left for reading. That's the wrong way. So, to be more efficient, one must first conquer himself to realize the key point.

As students, the key issue is to know what had happened and why it happened. So, we should care about the fact and the reason of the facts of our interests. Some others, which may be enjoyed in leisure time, should not be give attention and get detail information about it.

Those who want to be almightiness will only find that he can't afford to accomplish his initial target because of the large task aroused by it. The world has become so large. Any one can not live alone without contact with the world and do everything himself. So, how can the knowledge be used if one know everything?

In short, to be specialism is the best way to study than almightiness.
