巴拉迪赴德黑兰促伊停核计划 (UN Nuclear Chief in Iran to Press for Nuclear Freeze)

国际原子能机构总干事巴拉迪前往伊朗进行另一轮旨在敦促德黑兰政府冻结其核计划的会谈，今天(星期四)会见伊朗的核能负责人。两天前，伊朗宣布其工程技术人员已经成功地把金属铀提炼到可以用来发电的程度。

巴拉迪定于4月28号、也就是联合国安理会要求伊朗停其核活动的最后期限，向联合国安理会汇报。尽管面对国际压力，伊朗总统艾哈迈迪内贾德今天再次誓言他的政府不会停止铀浓缩活动。美国指责伊朗秘密进行核武活动。但是伊朗说，其核计划仅仅是为了和平目的。


The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency is in Iran for another round of talks aimed at persuading the Tehran government to freeze its nuclear program.
