SQL Learning
I learnt, or rather, read something about SQL years ago. But I didn't actually know how to write a practical SQL program at that time. I had only a vague idea about JOIN and LEFT JOIN, and was completely at lost at the chapter of cursor. Although I did administrate Sybase System 10 for a few years, I knew literally nothing about this once-popular DBMS.There's a book that changed me a lot. That was Guru's Guide to Transact-SQL. Basically it taught me how to write CASE statements, just like opening a new door to me. And as I put more and more what I learnt from books to real world practice, I improved my SQL skills by and by. 可以脱裤了不? 学sql和脱裤是两码事
