请问待提拔干部应该如何翻译？

就是准备提拔、需要共示的那种官员，不知道国外有没有相对应的说法。

如果用词组表示，个人以为这个表达比较好。 其实楼主想说的并不是待提拔干部，而是已提拔，但在公示期，待正式履职的干部。
（任命成分大的）待走马上任干部 official (cadre) designate

此处的designate, elect均作形容词。 American Heritage 的解释
