土耳其人口大约7千3百万，主要民族是土耳其人，库尔德人.土耳其虽然地处亚洲最西端，与欧洲接壤（部分领土在欧洲），但人的长相还是和中亚人很像，黑头发、黑眼睛居多。
自从史前时代以来，土耳其就一直是不同种族和文化的熔炉。从公元11世纪起，突厥民族从东部进入，他们带来了地中海蒙古人混血人种的新成分，对这个国家的人种构成产生了决定性的影响。
居民中99%信奉伊斯兰教，大多数属逊尼派。1% 的人口为亚美尼亚东正教，希腊东正教，犹太教，天主教和其它宗教。
不过，土耳其的孩子和年轻妇女真的很好看啊！
