1. Dougherty and Hardy是加拿大麦吉尔大学(私立大学)的两位老师,1996在Academy of Management Journal上发表了 一篇文章,题为Sustained product innovation in large, mature organizations: Overcoming Innovation-To-Organization Problems。
2. Cynthia Hardy, Professor of Management, Deborah Dougherty, Associate Professor of Management,McGill University, Montreal Canada(加拿大魁北克省蒙特利尔市)。
3. 文中的“literature”,应译为“文献”。
4.文中的“generation”,应该是generate的名词化。
