in shape

We've got a couple of phrases to express \"being healthy or not\", like \"in good/bad condition”, and I came across \"in good shape\" once. Since \"in shape\" itself means \"healthy\", \"good\" can be regarded as a way of emphasizing.
I was wondering: Is there such an expression as \"in bad shape\"?
Thank you for your attention.
