What does go to expert mean?

On the web, I found a sentence \"Become the Go To Expert in Your
Industry\", however, I can't understand what the \"go to expert\" phrase

感觉Go to expert就是在强调成为专家/专业人士的过程，从一个无名小辈通过自己的努力成为专家，所以这里用了go to这个动作，Become the Go To Expert=Become the Expert吧！

个人认为Go-To这个地方相当于中文中的“有特殊才能的”，“能独挡一面的”。
参考“GO TO MOVE=致命一击，特殊动作”。
