权且分别编号为句1-句5:
句1应改为: The price of goods rises so quickly and soared so high in Taiwan.
rise 可以说rise to a high level, 但不能说rise high. 建议改为两个动词更好点（注意动词单三加s）。
句2应改为:The goods, price of which rises more and more fast, becomes more and more expensive in Taiwan.
price 不能与expensive 搭配，而goods可以;
同样由于与quickly 与expensive 搭配的词不同，故不能用the more...the more...句型。
同时注意the more 后面用原型， 不能用faster。
句3应改为: The price index in Taiwan increased to a high level in such a speed.
或：The price index in Taiwan increased to a high level so quickly.
首先是首字母要大写，特指要加the。
其次the price index是指的是台湾的物价指数，那么修饰语紧跟被修饰语较好，不会引起误会， 故in Taiwan 调到前面。
句4应改为:Prices in Taiwan have been growing dynamically.
复型名词常用零冠词。
growing 包含up的意思，故不用growing up 而用growning。
句5应改为:Prices in Taiwan is soaring.
或：Prices in Taiwan soared.
Taiwan位置调整同句3, 另外soar在时态上常用ing或ed， 但用soar并不错（可表示常常发生或经常的动作，但ing或ed更常用）,句1中soar的改动也是这个道理。
