Power coatings, the mixture of fine milling powders of pigment and dry power of resins, are the latest technology for surface treatment currently used today.
本产品外观为白色粉末,颗粒粒径细微且均匀,密度为2.65g/cm3。在基料预混合时可防止有机物料结块及提高其分散性,克服了沉淀法二氧化硅难以分散的缺点。粒子表面活性好,有强的化学惰性,使其漆膜与底材结合更稳定、牢固,同时发挥出最理想的物理化学性能:耐酸碱、耐候、耐磨、抗冲击、稳定尺寸、抗腐蚀等。本产品还具有一定的消光作用,可作为半光和无光粉末涂料的消光填料,可减少消光剂的添加量。
The appearance of our product is white powder with small and even particle size, and the density is 2.65 g/cm3. When this product is pre-mixed with binder, it can prevent the agglomeration of organic materials to increase its dispersion, thus it overcomes the disadvantage of difficultly dispersive SiO2 synthesized by precipitation method. The powder particles have good surface activity and powerful chemical inertness, ensuring a stable and firm binding between the coating film and substrate, and showing the most ideal physical and chemical performance, such as acid and base resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, impact resistance, stable size, anticorrosion and so on. This product also has the ability of light extinction, so it can be used as extinction filler for flat or semi-gloss powder coatings to reduce the usage of flatting agents.
由于此品经过特殊的超细化加工,粉体粒子呈准球形态,用于粉末涂料不仅能使基体其它性能不发生改变且能改善其性能,使漆膜有良好的防腐蚀性和耐候性,并由于抗刮耐磨粉粒子本身所固有的硬度(莫氏7),能增强漆膜的硬度,从而提升其耐擦伤和耐划性,而其良好的流动性能改善粉末涂料的边角覆盖率。此外,它的低比表面积性质决定了吸油量低这一特点,可提高涂料的临界基料体积浓度,降低树脂的用量,从而节省降低成本,并能适合静电喷涂法施工。
The powder particles of this product are quasi-sphericity because of the special superfine treatment, therefore when it is used in powder coatings the performance of the substrates will be improved and other performance will not be changed, ensuring good anti-corrosion and weather resistance for the coating film. Because of the good hardness (mohs 7) of the scratch-resistant and wear-resistant powder, the hardness of the coating film also increases, so as to enhance its scratch resistance and wear resistance performance. The good flowability can improve the coverage rate of the edges and corners of the powder coatings. In addition, the low surface area of this product results in low oil adsorption, thus increases the volume concentration of the limit binders and decreases the usage of resins, therefore the cost of the powder coatings is reduced, and it is suitable to electrostatic spraying.
