愿景 < scenario ?

愿景 is a new word in Chinese. I wonder whether it is translated from the English word \"scenario\". Can someone help me?

According to CALD,
scenario (POSSIBLE EVENT)
noun plural scenarios
a description of possible actions or events in the future:
There are several possible scenarios.
a horrific/nightmare scenario such as a Third World War

首次见到“愿景”一词是从一本叫第五项修炼的书里。
应该是台湾人译的，上海三联书店引进台译版
