一个词组的区别

at the hospital, in the hospital, in hospital

There is also a difference between British English and American English:
(BE) in hospital = (AE) in the hospital, when the meaning is \"as a patient\".
(BE) in the hospital --> physically in the hospital, not as a patient.
at the hospital means the same in both BE and AE, indicating physical location.
