(1)感觉似乎用not only..but..更顺一些。
(2)基础产业,建议用basic industry;infrastructure 的意思侧重于基础设施。
(3)承担任务,用undertake a task也不错:)

(5)小康社会,是不是用well-off society?不确定
(6)中华民族伟大复兴的长远大计,是不是可以考虑用 the great rejuvenation of the nation's long-term plans?

(2)“小康社会”中的“小康”可从《三个代表重要思想通俗读本》中的一段话加以理解:人均国民生产总值达到大约800美元,老百姓生活虽不富裕,但日子比较好过,这就算达到"小康水平"。网上目前有三种表达法:a. well-being society; b. well-off society; c. moderately prosperous society

1. social public 改为social and public,至于中间为何加上and,仔细体会一下
2. 用which,照应前面。affords用得很好,可以管上两个宾语,呵呵。巧好一词双雕,afford刚好又有provide之意
3. forestry prodcts改为forest products
4. It has an overall impact on 这个句型用上来,可以管两个“事关”,然后用and连接两个on
5.全面建设小康社会译为:building a moderately prosperous society in all respects
6. 中华民族伟大复兴 译为:the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation
7. purposes改为:guidelines,这个句型不错,后面用三个不定式并列,但是最后一个应该调整:talents who 用who这个关系代词管住后面一串的定语。
