带中国律师团到日本访问，日方问及中方律师的住房、开什么牌子的车、收入等等，日方匝舌，中方骄傲；当日方问及中国律师平均每年做多少法律援助案件时，中方沉默，日方骄傲并归纳：中国律师比日本律师有钱，但是日本律师每年比中国律师做的法律援助多，日本律师每年必须作一定数量的法律援助案件。 楼主的发言值得我们思考。就法律援助这一点而言，我们必须多国家差得太多！这和前一段在讨论企业的社会责任问题有一定的关联。其实，客观的说，日本的社会比较稳定，与其经济收入差距小、各界注重自己的社会责任是有关系的。我们要追求社会的和谐和可持续发展，就真的认真跟人家学习一下！谢谢楼主提出的话题！ as to the income and the properties, if you are joking i believe. the average income of japanese lawyer 1000000 japan yuen/ month at least, and the housing and car is just like the bike in china. if they were jealous of chinese lawyer, i would rather believe they were jealous of how can so many people are living under the lifeline while the lawyer can be so. 没有社会责任感,是做一名律师最大的悲哀!!!!!!!!!!
