据美国全国广播公司(NBC)3月30日报道,美国总统特朗普当天接受采访时表示,他对俄罗斯总统普京“很生气”。特朗普威胁称,如果他认为未能达成俄乌停火协议是“俄罗斯的过错”,他将对俄罗斯石油加征二级关税。

特朗普说:“当普京开始质疑(乌克兰总统)泽连斯基的可信度,还开始谈了乌克兰需要新领导层时,我非常生气……如果俄罗斯和我无法就停止乌克兰的流血冲突达成协议,如果我认为这是俄罗斯的错——可能不是——但只要我这样认为,我将对石油征收二级关税。”

特朗普宣称,他可能对俄罗斯石油征收25%至50%的关税,如果无法达成停火协议,对俄罗斯征收的关税“将在一个月内实施”。他还声称,普京知道他很生气,但他和普京“关系很好”,“如果普京做了正确的事情,愤怒很快就会消散。”
